Belimed AG, a subsidiary of Metall Zug AG, announces the acquisition of Amity International effective July 13, 2022. Amity is a manufacturer and developer of speciality chemicals headquartered in Barnsley, UK.
Amity has successfully developed a unique range of chemicals, consumables and equipment for the healthcare industry worldwide over the past 31 years.
Dominik Arnold, Chief Executive Officer, the Management Team and Belimed is very pleased to welcome Amity. Our common goal is to improve infection control in hospitals – as Engineers of Confidence.
