Synthetic Cutting Fluid is a fully synthetic cutting fluid made from a blend of polyglycol lubricity agents and corrosion inhibitors and does not contain nitrite or phenolic compounds.
It has outstanding stability, even in hard water areas, is resistant to foaming and to fungal and bacterial degradation.
Synthetic Cutting Fluid possesses a low staining potential for many non-ferrous metals, including copper and its alloys and aluminium and its alloys. It also has a good resistance to contact corrosion thus allowing work-pieces to be stacked without staining occurring.
It is designed to work in a wide variety of machines and is suitable for performing a multitude of different types of machining and grinding operations. It is highly efficient at removing the heat generated at the point of cutting/grinding.
