Ultracrete R9 Ultracrete R9 is an epoxy resin based repair material for concrete that exhibits a fast build up of strength at ambient temperature to affect a long lasting repair. Ultracrete R9 is a two part compound that contains a base resin, cure accelerator and fillers that combine to give a fast patch repair for concrete.
